I hereby certify that we shall be personally responsible, on behalf of our organization, for any damage or unnecessary abuse of school buildings, grounds, and equipment on said premises by our organization. I agree to abide by and enforce the rules and regulations of the Huntsville Independent School District governing the non-school use of buildings, grounds, and equipment as delineated by District Policy and Administrative Regulations. I certify that the Huntsville Independent School District and any of its entities will be held harmless for personal or bodily injury and any property damage sustained through and during the use of school facilities. The above named organization assumes total liability for any injury or property damage from or during its use of school facilities. Huntsville ISD has priority over any contract agreement. This agreement may be cancelled at any time without notice to accommodate school activities.
